COLORI Test



The COLORI Test allows the evaluation of certain aspects of maple sap quality that could influence the quality of maple syrup. For example, the COLORI Test indicates the presence of factors associated with natural atypical flavors such as bud (VR5) or sap (VR12). Thus, by checking your sap with the COLORI Test, you can anticipate the presence of atypical flavors in your maple syrup!
