Training - Workshop on maple syrup calibration

Heighten the producer’s awareness concerning additional revenue opportunities made possible by the calibration optimization of maple syrup (density and transmittance). Deepen the knowledge of calibration tools and of the maple syrup converter. Integrate the calibration process into the production process at the sugar house. Practice different types of maple syrup calibration.

A 66 °Brix reference solution shall be given to each participant. This training is offered by the Centre ACER in partnership with different organizations.
